Shipping Information

DUTIES & TAXES

For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note, the.Body cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase on business days from Sydney, Australia (AEST). Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 48hours from the following Monday. Please note, during sale periods or public holidays, we may experience small dispatch delays.

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, the.Body cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

the.Body cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

the.Body are unable to modify processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.

If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Refunds

We are sure you will love your purchase! But if you don’t, you can return your order, for a full store credit excluding the shipping cost within 14 days of the date of the purchase/receipt. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing

If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

Please head to our Returns Portal to start your exchange/credit note.

Damages & Faults

If you believe your garment is faulty, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Please also provide us with your relevant information, such as; photos, order number, etc. for this fault.

Returns Information

To return your item the following conditions must be met:

The garment is in new condition with tags still attached.

Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

Garments are in their original packaging

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns for the following:

​Returns of Final sale items Please Note - This does NOT include once off sale items e.g. Black Friday Sale, Afterpay Day Sale, Christmas Sale etc

All Final Sale Items are final. There is no exchange or refund option on final sale items unless items are defective/faulty.

Final Sale items are located in the SALE Drop Down menu

Items returned outside 14 days of the date of purchase/receipt.

Swimwear without its original hygiene sticker will not be accepted unless faulty.

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan damage

Stretched to fit after purchasing incorrect sizing causing seams to fray, rip etc;

Items returned with out prior return agreement

Please note, the.Body is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. 

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

​We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
