Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed before 2PM(AEST) will be processed the same day. Orders made after 2PM(AEST) will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that during national/public holidays, launch collections, or sale events, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

Once your parcel has departed from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your inbox for updates about your delivery. If you're not home when the delivery occurs, your parcel will be left in a secure location.
