Returns
We are sure you will love your purchase! But if you don’t, you can return your order, for a full store credit excluding the shipping cost within 14 days of the date of the purchase/receipt. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing
If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.
Damages & Faults
If you believe your garment is \faulty, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Please also provide us with your relevantin formation, such as; photos, order number, etc. for this fault.
Returns Information
To return your item the following conditions must be met:
- The garment is in new condition with tags still attached, in its original packaging
- Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns for the following:
- Items returned outside 14 days of the date of purchase/receipt.
- Items that have been worn, washed, perfumed, have make-up & fake tan damage
- Items damaged due to stretching to fit after purchasing incorrect sizing causing seams to fray, rip, zips to break etc;
- Swimwear without its original hygiene sticker will not be accepted unless faulty.
- Final Sale items. Final Sale items that are located in the SALE Drop Down menu - This does NOT include once off sale items e.g. Black Friday Sale, Afterpay Day Sale, Christmas Sale etc
- Items returned with out prior return agreement
Please note, the.Body is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us.
Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
